This began as an experiment at work to see what we could achieve with Substance Designer. I liked the project so much I ran with it in my free time. All of these variants are created from the same 4MB Substance. It is entirely procedural apart from the required input maps from the high poly bake, Normal, Ambient Occlusion etc. which are mainly set to jpeg compression to keep the Substance file small. I have tried to find a balance between image compression and quality.
